What Problem Does It Solve?

60% of the daily activity of the warehouse employee is the way he travels to the locations during product picking. In large warehouses, the warehouse employee takes the long way to go to the location he needs to go to because he does not know the shortest route. Due to the longer distance, inefficiency in terms of time arises.

How Does it Work?

  • Orders created by the Warehouse Management System(WMS) are transferred to the route assistant application via web services.A route is drawn on the map from the location of the warehouse employee to the locations that must be visited in order, respectively.

  • With the RTLS integration, the real-time location information of the warehouse worker is displayed with the blue dot experience.

What is It?

During the picking operation, step-by-step navigation is given to each address in the order via the hand terminal. With the help of the visual interface, it is easier to find the product, and the collection time is shortened.
